We would like international inspection first including Indian inspectors. Then we want a international investagtion into the attacks on Indian cities and and mosques as well as the nuclear attack on Istanbul.

I am surprised you would ignore my comminiques. I would like to request that both you and India stand down and allow an international team of inspectors to investigate into the matter. Malaysia willingly puts itself forward to do this, in addition to other nations - if you (referring to both UIS and India) so wish to name them.

Futhermore it would have to be an equal partnership between the Greek and Turkish governments in this matter. Futhermore no money will go to the Greeks if this is done. We will not allow the USE, Philipines, USA, or SEDATO to be included in this team as we are not on good terms with all these governments and thus will declare their inspectors spies against the holy relgion of Islam and thus persona non grata throughout the UIS.
The Russian verfication of the fact that we have not possesed nuclear weapons ever (remember I used Spainish nukes against Spain in the Great North African War) and we have not possessed other WMD for the last 12 years should be proof enough that we are in no postion to nuke our own city our our own citizens.
Therefore we declare that the Instanbul attack while being investigated, will not have anyone involved in it that the UIS does not agree with, thus the choices are definantly not up to you.
We remind you due to your actions in the past year especially with the bombings perpertrated we are technically at war and we have no reason to believe a word you say.

It seems that we are close to an equal peace over Cyprus and we shall be thankful to no longer fight our Greek brothers. As opposed to India, we shall fight to the last man and the last cent if they attempt futher invasions of the United Islamic States as they have already done. It is not suspicious that they have used biological attacks (a plague was found in UIS soldiers in the Pakistani border defences) and have bombed us on the same turn. We have no plans of turning into a terrorist rogue state that resorts to WMD to get its way, look at our military capabilities! We DONT NEED TO. India is to blame and we shall not rest until they agree to our peace including full disarmament of WMD. As for Instanbul several nations are being asked to help with the investigations however we remind the world that this is a purely Muslim matter and thus India nor the rest of the non-Muslim world will be included. This by our reckoning would leave Russia (large Muslim minorities), Nigeria, Indonesia and possibly Yugoslavia along with the UIS. Any investigations would be led by the UIS as this was an attack on the United Islamic States, and not any other nation.

Malaysia officially declares its neutrality in all affairs regarding the UIS unless it affects Malaysia. We also urge The Phillipines not to bring the Southeast Asian region into war and if they wish to play soldier, please don't bring the battlefields to the Asia-Pacific region.
