Formation of the Russian Government​

United Russia - 158 seats

The largest political party in Russia. Backs President Putin, and focuses on a strong central government, with a strong foreign and domestic policy. A moderate Communist economy, which angers the capitalists and the communists, but the election of the party shows that the population is satisfied with the moderate Communist policies of the party.

Unity and Fatherland - 90 seats

Second largest political party. Less extreme than the United Russia, these people favor a moderatley strong central government, with a strong foreign policy, but a relaxed domestic one, increased freedoms and rights. On the economic front however they are socialists rather than communists, which hurts them, as the general electrorate is communist.

Communist Party of Russia - 54 seats

The hard-line old style Communists that Lenin, Stalin, Khruschev came from. These people have a leagacy to build on, the victory in WWII, the Cold War, and the first few years following 1962 were dominated by this party. Now however they are seen as too conservative, restricting personal rights too much, and regulating the industry when it does not need to be regulated.

Islamic Rights Party - 53 seats

A totally new party that fared very well in the elections. The muslims built their platform around greater autonomy or independance for the Southern Russian territories. No clear political or economic platform other than autonomy exists.

National Bolshevik Party - 32 seats

The authoritarian wing of the Communist Party. A combination of nationalistic and communist ideologies. Russia is great, and needs a strong government, strong army, strong foreign policy, but the economy has to be communist, based on heavy industry and regulated. A more extreme version of United Russia.

Yabloko - 22 seats

The liberal democratic party. Believe in Socialist economy, a small government, human and civil rights for all people. Focus on consumer goods over industry, and on domestic over foreign policy.

Liberal Democratic Party of Russia - 18 seats

The nationalist democrats. Believe in a strong democratic government, a socialist economy, and a very strong foreign policy. They are a more socialist version of United Russia. However, they are another moderate party, that neither extreme likes or votes for.

Union of Right Forces - 17 seats

Capitalist party of Russia. Believe in a small government, a capitalist economy, unregulated. Lots of freedoms, civil and political rights, an internentionalist foreign policy and a cooperation with the west.

People's Party of Russia - 9 seats

The last Communist party of Russia. Focuses on moderate communism with a slight shift towards civil rights and freedoms. A solid base, won the last elections, but the Premier that was elected from this party went from a disaster to disaster until it ended in a stand-off with the Duma, and the cloud of the failure still hangs over the party.

In the centre of these massive reforms are the AFG Act that was unanimously accepted by the senate, the AT act that was accepted by a clear majority vote and the ATRF act that was accepted by a tight Majority vote

The AFG Act permits the creation of a Military Federal Police, this force will take over the police task in “hot” areas and other areas that require a better armed and trained police force.

They are a small minority, and we suspect that it was Russian money that funded them! Do not lecture us on how to run our country, in fact, you might have some soul-searching yourself to do for that. Our Government oppresses no one, we allow full rights and freedoms, as we are a democracy. These are rights and freedoms that our people never had while being treated as mindless robots under the bad days of the Soviet union. We respect the right of those people to have their say, but not for you to support, and influence them, and give them weapons!!! For the record, my Government was elected with a 60% majority, the Communists, about 7-8%. Those numbers speak for themselves.

To Russia from SADETO
In the strongest posssible terms SADETO tells the Russian Federation that SADETO IS NOT responsible for this insurgence in Bolivia. We cannot say it is against our interests, but SADETO is not supporting it in any way. IF RF still wishes to break relations it is fine by us, but it would bring terrible destruction in case we misunderstand one another again. Furthermroe RF already broke all agreements with SADETO so what new agreements are you talking about? All SADETO citizens except for a few diplomats have left the RF a long time ago and we belive that RF made teh same move. SADETO wishes to point out that it was JCF that violated SADETO space. Perhaps RF would like to explain that?

In short. When Brazil said that we have evidence that RF was behild an insurgency in Brazil you preferred to close your eyes on that. Today RF says that SADETO is behind this revolution in Bolivia but does not even provide the evidence. SADETO insists that either both claims are valid or none. If RF still wishes to break relations with SADETO it is fine by us. But it would be better if you didn't.

On Poland
Russia oftenly invades nations and tells governments what to do. SADETO OFFERED help and the Polish people agreed. The uprising in Poland is probably caused by RF and her allies. This is a violation of soveregnity of Poland. If RF supports communist forces in Poland this would worsen relations between SADETO and RF even further.

The UIS announces it will be ensuring the presevation of democracy within Poland. IT is not acceptable for Russia to invade Poland and depose a democratically elected government. Yes governments can become unpopular, however it is elected for a term. Revolution is not the key for a democratic regime!

The African Federation is very concerned with the Soviet eagerness to resort to violence in the Polish political crisis, they are a democratically elected government and not nearly all peacefull possibilities were explored.

The African Federation would like to propose that Polands holds a referendum to see wheter early elections are needed or these incidents are due to the works of Left wing extremists.

The African Federation would like to suggest that the European Union dispatches a part of their army to ensure public order and fairness to be kept in the lands of their Polish meber.
