I have all orders but, well, the USSR and South Africa, and SA has promised orders, Sheepie, if you can get them in today, then you can be included in our first update.
Update today at about 9 PM GMT-8 at the earliest, and its gonna be a helluva update, I have so many orders. Most likely Monday.

The recent trends in the global community have proven to be traumatic indeed. While it is understandable that neither of you wish to join as member states of the Federation of Malaysia, we would like to propose a tripartite alliance between our three nations, MAPHILINDO.
My draft proposal for the MAPHILINDO Treaty includes: -
1. Member states are to open free trade with each other.
2. MAPHILINDO-wide Projects can be begun, with all member states helping out and the benefits going to all member-states.
3. Member states agree to a free-flow of scientific and industrial developments between each other.
With this, all our nations stand to benefit and will probably survive better through the uncertain times we experience now. The proposal is a mere draft and if you wish, you may choose to make amendments until we achieve a mutually acceptable agreement. Do consider this.

The agenda for the cuoncil is pretty much what I've laid out: Mutual Defense Pact, short term (2-6 years) regulations on industrial and business production, wages, until the sectors stabilize. Common pollution, labor, patent, banking laws et al. that is related to a fair and uniform market system so as to normalize international trade.

Individuals, banks, and the government are of course unable to repay loans to nonexistant creditors, but all debts to existing persons and institutions MUST and WILL be paid on schedule. The elimination of the American Dollar and the British Pound means that a new currency of international exchange must be found. For the time being debts will be paid according to the surviving currencies' values PRIOR TO the nuclear war, and will be frozen at those ratios until a new system is reached. The government has declared its internal debts and the debts of citizens and businesses based in Argentina that are owed to banks in destroyed countries to be void, and will redraw the budget in compliance with this fact. Contracts and monetary obligations with still-functioning institutions are still legally binding.
