We also ask the countries to reconsider their vote on Bolivia: The best way to reform their government and bring liberty to the population is to offer them a feasible way out of their dictatorial command policies. We do not know if Bolivia's government would agree to reform, but if they do, we support their entry into SADETO.

ANTI-COMMUNIST LEAGUE

The Russian MVD (Ministerstvo Vnutrennih Del) (Ministry of Internal Affairs) has ordered the police to detain the political leaders of the Anti-Communist League. An investigation into their activities is taking place right now. Further statements will be made if and when they have been officially charged with anything. The protest filed by the leader of the Union of Right Forces, Boris Nemtsov, has been rejected. The detainees will remain in custody until further notice.

The AF welcomes the ACL initiative to enstablish political parties in several countries, however we would like to know what exactly the "Internationalist Party" stands for before allowing it to take part to elections since, as you might know, parties that incite thinks like racism or other Apartheid like practices are not allowed to run.

Hungary announces that the members of the new "Democratic Party" will be rounded up, questioned, interned, and probably shot and hanged, depending on the mood of our Internal Security Forces. Obviously, the "Democratic party" is nothing more then a thinly disguised Russian-backed anti-Hungarian Terrorist Organization.

Bolivia laughs at the pathetic attempts of the SADETO to force Bolivia to join SADETO, to join you "Fascist pond-scum", and vows that Bolivia will never rest until the evils of SADETO are 6 feet under.

The NPC SADETO members propose and vote for an immediate invasion of Bolivia.

The Internationalist Party are simply in favour of establishing more favourable relations with every (non-Communist) nation. They resent the war in Africa and they want peace. Other than that, they're just a basic Liberal Party.


To Hungary

The Democratic Party are very much against Communism, and they would never accept funding from Russia or any other Communist nation. They aren't against Hungary, and they would never take military action within Hungary unless it was absolutely necessary. They advocate the devolution of power to the people, in the form of city councils and such, in order to take the difficult micromanagement part of governing away from the Hungarian leader, in order to make ruling easier.

STATEMENT FROM THE RUSSIAN MID

BRAZIL

It has come to the attention of Russia that Brazil has been activley funding a militant hard line anti-Communist organization which is responsible for multiple attacks and destabilization of Urugay and Paraguay. As per Russian agreement with Brazil, Brazil has agreed not to interfere in these two countries. The Russian government sees this as a direct attack against Russian interests and a direct violation of the agreement Russia had with Brazil.
Therefore, due to these actions of the Brazilian government the Russian government has chosen to break all diplomatic relations with the state of Brazil. Russian diplomats will be returning to Russia and all Brazilian diplomats in Russia are as of now personas non gratas.
Furthermore, as a result of these actions, the Russian government has chosen to abandon the plan for the Russian-American peace conference to be held in Brazil, since the Brazilian government has demostrated itself to be a hard-line anti-Russian institution.
Even further, if these actions on the acount of Brazilian government do not cease immediatley Russia will consider them to be a direct attack upon Russian interests in South America and will respond with all means the Russian government deems necessary.
Finally, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs warns all foreign nationals to, for their own safety, leave the nation of Brazil due to the fact that if Brazilian government continued the actions it has taken Brazil will not be a safe place.

Brazl to CER: (open-channel)
Your hypocrisy astonishes us. You accuse us of meddling in affaires of Urugay and Paraguay when the CER itself sponsored the so-called "Rose Revolutions" in these two countires and Argentina. Our agreement was that in exchange for what Brazil promised to CER and her allies CER withdraws suppost from south american communist forces in those states and does not spread revolution elsewhere in South America. It was never demanded of Brazil to stop supporting pro-Brazilian movements. To quote our last official communque:
I will stop support for all communist forces, except in currently communist countires
if communists can win on their own, they win
fascists get an advantage, they get help from you
Even from here it was clear to us that you do not object to Brazilian help in the 3 elections. Were we wrong? Or is it just an excuse?
Then if CER has a complaint why say it now not immediatelly after the elections? After all Brazil is fine with Communist-supported government in Argentia and is trying to build some bridges with it.
If breaking the agreement is just an excuse then please admit it. We do not want a war over a misunderstanding.
We understand that your message is made in a way to give a "final warning" to Brazil. The way CER has behaved recently by massacring millions of civilians around the world made Brazilian government very worried that CER has no scruples about using those same WMDs on SADETO and its allies. From a realist point of view we see that CER will invade SADETO sooner or later, wasn't it your intent from the beginning? SADETO is far more ready for this attack than ever before and in relation to CER forces better than in the near future.
If Brazil is under attack it will use all means necessary to punish the agressor whoever he might be. It will not hesitate to go down to the level of CER if nesessary by using massive stockpiles of WMDs.
Furthermore we are concerned while your revolution is about power to the people, you keep massacring the same very people you want to "liberate".
Finnaly our agreement over South America still stands unless CER openly invades any SADETO member. We realize (knowing your character) that it is near impossible to avoid a war following our statement, but we nevertheless want to leave possibility for it. Brazil is no threat to CER as long as CER is no threat to Brazil.
Brazil now recalls all Brazilian diplomats and urges all SADETO members to do the same. Please give us your responce as soon as possible.

1) Again, I mentioned that the RSA and USA were cracking down on corruption this turn, and that problem of "corupt" businessmen will be taken care of.

2) Annexed is deemed free because the RSA held votes on what the people wanted (On what I'm not sure, you'll have to ask them yourself), unlike the days before under their dictator where they were opressed by their Dictators, such as Nigeria.

3) Did your people choose to have a dictator ship? Since under the RSA the people can choose what type of Goverment they want, unlike in Nigeria where they cannot chose their goverment at all.

4) Opression of Africans? The RSA and the AF are more free than they ever has been. The Aperathiad is gone, and they even have a black president. Freedom and glory for Africa does not lie in the corrupt dictatorships of the AU, but in the democracies of the RSA.
