The Following Nations: Ethiopia, Liberia, Uganda, Sierra Leone, Ivory Coast, and Chad, hereafter referred to as the "African League of Progress", or ALP, has come to the following deal with the African Federation, hereafter referred to as the AF:

The AF:
1 - Will spend significant resources improving the life of your people, once the AF is at peace with the CER;
2 - Will send Forces to aid in the clean-up in Nigeria;
3 - Will not use any WMDs against Africans, unless you are being invaded by the CER;
4 - Will not invade any Soveriegn Nation in Africa;

In return, the ALP says that:

1 - They will actively work against the ALF, in whatever manner is most appropriate;
2 - [CENSORED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES];
3 - They promise 4 turns of peace and NAP between them and the AF;
4 - They promise "democratic reforms" within 4 turns

Again, the CER uses propaganda to trick people into believing their actions are justified. Their KGB seems to come up with all sorts of 'documents' which tells this and that, so long as it is to their advantage.

The AF was and is working trough peaceful means to convince the Ruler of Madagascar and other African dictators to mend their evil ways and hold elections for a free, democratic Africa. We are greatly angered by the assault on Madagascar by foreign forces and unless these forces withdrawn IMMEDIATLY the AF will be forced to intervene and remove the foreign invaders and establish democracy.

Gee, I remember a time when the RSA said they had no interest in Madagascar. Well Malaysia and the CU is there now, and we have no threat towards the RSA who is btw. paranoid.
Democratic elections are to be held, even if as usual, you do not believe in them.
And of course... should the RSA even think of going to war over us because of a neutral ex-nation in which democracy is currently being introduced then the world will see the remnants of the CU turning suprisingly communist.

What's with only threatening the CU? Let's not mention how you've occupied and introduced puppet governments in the better part of Africa and how OUR state governments are self-elected and membership in the CU is volountary.

The RSA declaring war against the CU over Madagascar would by MPP's mean that the RSA is at war with Japan, the Commonwealth Union, Malaysia, the NKA, Iran, Brazil, Argentina, the Phillipines, the Falkland Isles etc. etc. and more nations then I'd want to mention...

We, the states of the Commonwealth and the colonies of South Madagascar and Jordania apologize for our past paranoia. The CU wishes to be allowed probationary membership in the Communist Coalition henceforth to be turned into real membership come 3 years once our population has learnt to feel comfortable with the communist ways. We would also like to maintain religious freedom and voting rights if possible.

I'd like to make a States of the Commonwealth so the nations list reflect that three of my 'colonies' are really semi-independant states so they can have more detailed military stats. and mob. oppertunity. As per the CC charter, all member nations owe 1/3 of their income and 1/3 of their military to the JCF. However due to the raging war the 1/3 income has been amended to 1/2 income until the end of the war.
