We advise that you consult your intelligence before making such descisions. SADETO did not support any side in the war between UIA and Spain despite numerous attempts by UIA to sway SADETO to her side. In the light of all this we wish to make the following announcement:
If UIA still wishes to break ties with SADETO we will support Spain publically in her war. If UIA attacks SADETO in any form especially using WMDs we will retaliate with full force. SADETO is more than capable of destorying or poisoning any nation if we so desire. Don't make us do this.

well 'ya know I like to let you dudes now cauz' I'm paranoid and have fortified them both chemically, biologically, nuclear, earthquakes (coming/recently), invasion (conventional arms), natural disastars, rising sea levels and so on [in fact the only thing that could conceivably take them out would be a world apocalypse scenario by continous worldwide richter scale 10 earthquakes] and fortified with 28 eco's worth of bunker and beach wall defences of every conceivable kind and the soldiers are especially trained to wage guerilla warfare all over the island both outside and inside (well they will be)... but what ARE THEY GIVING BACK?

First of all the cities are endowed with complex ventilation systems and probably the most modern air recycling system available (I dunno... plants, nuclear reactors? - nah I don't have the latter)
The cities are built well above sea level... N.Z. state is 'a land lifted high' as commented by Cook so many years ago.
An inside explosion would be bad... but what are long halls to shut off explosions and catastrophes from other cities, bunkers, parts of a city/bunker and security forces for?
And it's not like the inside is stuffed with liquid hydrogen or anything... stop thinking it. And smuggling a nuke inside would be hard and do very limited damage due to the sprawling nature of the complexes/bunkers/cities.
