Im a noob on evrything expecially civ IV (but still enyoying it on chieftain:p)
I want some tip how to make the game really good...
first, a civ second, map type, third, in the game or something but now first and second is most important.

I would probably start with the Elohim for starting players. The Defensive trait is nice starting out and not to complicated. You may also want to play some games on 'Quick' speed on standard or smaller world sizes so you can play through a game in one sitting and see whats out there.

Map type doesn't really matter but I wouldn't add any extra civs. A lot of vanilla civ players always add extra civs because the wilderness is kinda boring in vanilla. But thats an important part of FfH so I wouldn't recommend going above the requested civ amount for that map.

As for game settings I usually use 'No Technology Trading' and 'Aggresive AI', but thats just personal preference.

Well, you don't ask for much do you :D
A civ, well, in FFH2 you are spoilt for choice as each one plays so differently. Map type also depends on what civ you have. So, in answer to yor question, there is no easy answer, sorry :(

Each of them is different. You can either choose for good roleplaying (ljosalfar+leaves - quite powerful, sheaim+veil - let them burn) or experiment (last game I enjoyed amurites+order).

Read FfH2wiki. There are many tips for each civ and religion.
