Does anyone know any good Mutliplayer games I could take up. Is Guild Wars 2 any good?

I'm sorry :(.

Sorry about that, didn't mean to come off so dickishly. I've heard plenty of good things from GW2. There's also always staples like minecraft/tekkit, Diablo III. I know there are quite a few people around here who play ME3 multiplayer. Lord of the Rings is FtP now and I hear that one isn't bad. Personally I'm not much of an online guy though, and I've quit MMOs entirely, so I'm not sure I can be very helpful.

GW2 is good, for an MMORPG. Red Orchestra 2 is getting even better since more custom maps are finally entering regular rotation. There are several MP Mount&Blade: Warband mods and the Napoleoinc Wars DLC that are a lot of fun. Killing Floor is good too.

I still play Total War (Shogun 2 specifically) multiplayer occasionally with friends. I also partake in World of Tanks, and Dayz on and off.

Mount and Blade is great multi, as said above. I've played it at a friends house because I don't own it, and I had a blast annoying people with my instruments in the Nappy DLC.

DOTA2 and Red Orchestra 2 are some of my favorite multiplayer games. Competitive clan wars in World of Tanks can be fun.

"Good" totally depends on what kind of participation, genre, nuances, and mods you want to play while doing multiplayer. In other words, it is totally subjective.

Problem with S2 is that if you dont own dlc you have a great disadvantage. And also if you start later on (cause everybody has units you dont have acces to). also the drophacking is a bit annoying.

ACR multiplayer was awesome, i have good hopes for AC3

Also, it isnt really MP, but if you havent have played Portal 2 in co-op yet, you cant call yourself a gamer :p

Not really, I didn't own any of the Shogun 2 dlc up until the Steam summer sale, and I did fine. Most of the units in the DLC expansions aren't that good, the only worthwhile one is FOTS, which I bought.

But even then FOTS armies can be easily destroyed by a Shogun 2 vanilla army, just requires a bit of tactics and critical thinking :)

Drop hacking is obnoxious though.
