Hmm.... this month, Cactus Pete won the fastest conquest, as well as the gold medal, with a score in excess of the second and third place winners combined! In second was Jove, and Gnejs got third (and the fastest domination)

Thanks very much to the admins. And congrats to all the medalists! Even those who, ahem... didn't post a victory. This was a tough one, but I enjoyed it. Special kudos to those who suffered an invasion from cathy but didn't resign in disgust like I was tempted to do.

From reading the spoilers it seemed many had made better choices and executed better than me, since I lost the Liberalism race, ignored Astronomy and didn't settle any of the other landmasses (except 1 barb city capture to get aluminum which got flipped to Cathy's culture, I was able to trade for it from someone else soon after though) but apparently all those people went after different types of wins.

Congrats to all the award/medal winners, and anyone who managed to win this brutal game. Thanks to the staff as always.
