GOTM15 Submissions - NOW CLOSED

Ok the list is updated as of 0800 30 January. All players please check the list to make sure I received your game. We are up to 124 games submitted with just over 3 days to go. If you have not submitted your finished game please do so now. I am not going to be able to update the table as often on the weekend so it is better to get it in before noon Tomorrow (EST US) if you want to be sure that I did receive it.

I will update the table again by noon tomorrow.

OK the list is updated with all of the submissions I have received to date. If there are problems with any of the submissions we will try to contact you. Please check your PM's on this site as some of you have elected to disable contact by e-mail. If there are any questions on the posted list please PM me or Ctacker and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as practicale. The results will be posted as soon as we can process them and get them up. Please have patience.

We received 169 submissions this month, which is almost 100 more than last month!!!

Sayounara, you can certainly get to the modern age with one city, but this is not the thread to answer that. Please start another thread if you want to discuss this or PM me and we can talk about it off line. I am not sure which of the games (if any ) were a OCC victory. Start another thread and I am sure that person will come forward to discuss it.

We are working on the results now.

Many players submitted early or progressively throughout the month. Unfortunately a number of players submitted at only the last possible moment and this still requires us to review those games before they can be included in the results.

The problem rate with these last minute submissions is also generally higher and we make an honest attempt to contact each and every player fo games where ther may be questions. This is mostly because it is the right thing to do but also is an attempt to minimze the potential conduct disruptions that may occur when a players game submission has to be excluded due to technical problems or difficulties that may arise from failing to follow directions for the game.

We are working quickly and most of the results are known but it will take us several more days to complete the roundup of the stragglers so that no one is slighted or unfairly treated in the process.

We are also trying to coordinate the results process with the results of tournament season 3 that have been delayed for several weeks in that venue.

Be patient with us. You can be certain that the results will be posted and announced shortly. In general, we do this faster and more accurately than has been done in the past but there are still some player controlled pacing items that are hard to rush at this time.
