GOTM150 Arabia Monarch 100k
In game number 150 of the classic game of the month series you will rule as Abu Bakr over the Arabs, who are expansionist and religious and start the game with the knowledge of Pottery and Ceremonial Burial. The game was designed by kuningas.
This is a Monarch-level game, and this month we sponsor the 100k victory condition. This means that you must collect 100'000 culture points for your civilization. The Arab unique unit is the Ansar Warrior, a replacement for the Knight which costs less, defends weaker but moves faster, a whopping three tiles per turn.
In order to make the game a little faster and more interesting, kuningas has added another cultural building to the game: Petra. This building costs 80 shields, produces two culture per turn, raises production in its city by 25% and produces two happy faces there as well. Knowledge of Polytheism is required to build Petra.
Another rule change is that the AI tribes all get an extra Worker.

We continue to use a modified form of the standard PTW scenario, and although no bugs have been reported in some time, it is possible that play testing has not been exhaustive. Any in-game event or behaviour that a player feels is unintended should be reported to the GOTM staff immediately.
