3. Absolutely NO Discussion of any other active 'X'OTM contest!

OK, Middle Ages is when China can really cover ground with their 3 move Riders. But you are a loooonnnnggg way to the other civs on your continent. Is this the direction your Riders are taking and have you shortened the distance to cover? Or is your target somewhere else? I had originally intended this to be an Emperor level game, but left it at Monarch level; are the Monarch level AI giving you much difficulty and how much more different would the game be at Emperor level, do you think?

310 AD: Korea declares war on me....
650 AD: Korea is eliminated.
680 AD: Declare on Japan

Generate GL, move GL into Kyoto to build FP next turn with two other Japanese towns remaining. Take one and Kyoto flips on the inter-turn, costing me the GL. Next turn....

880 AD: Japan is eliminated, Gold Age has begun, Working on Invention. Meet France, trade Engineering for Contact with the English, Literature, WM and 80 g. Trade England Engineering for Contact with Germany, Scandinavia, Spain, WM, and 1 g. Trade Germany Engineering for The Republic.
910 AD: Trade England Chivalry for Theology, trade France Invention + WM for Education + 102 g. Trade England Invention, 124 g + 9 gpt for Astronomy. France has Navigation. Gunpowder in 8.
1070 AD: Trade France Ivory and Chemistry for Banking, Navigation, and Music Theory. Trade England Navigation for WM 21 gpt, 62 g.
1110 AD: Declare on Germany
1120 AD: Take Berlin
1250 AD: After France declares and takes Munich, violating a RoP, All AI's except Germany are allied against them. Germany has been eliminated from the main continent and has 3 cities remaining. At this point I focus on France.
1290 AD: Elite Sword vs German Horseman generates GL which rushes FP on other continent in old German lands. Yay!!
1325 AD: Scandinavia sneak attacks.
1330 AD: Reclaim Scandinavian town, peace with Germany for everything they have, 2 gpt, 11 g, WM, Printing Press. Sign Germany to alliance + RoP vs French and Vikings for Banking.
1405 AD: Take Paris, eliminating France, gaining Pyramids, Great Library, Sun Tzu's, Smith's.
1460 AD: Eliminate the Vikings.
1465 AD: England demands Wines, I refuse and Lisa declares and takes one town.
1540 AD: England is eliminated.
1555 AD: Complete Theory of Gravity to enter the Industrial Ages. Current Stats: 1213 Domination tiles, only Spain and Germany remain, 103 tiles to DL. 93 cities, 609 population, 93 workers, 59 Cavalry, 38 Spears, 34 Muskets, 24 Pike, 11 Cannon, 8 Settlers, 8 Galleons, 4 Frigates, 3 Swords, 3 MDI, 2 Armies (of Cavs).
