it would be very nice to have this feature .every nation with this specific civc gets them
monarchy= loyalist
weaker than standing infantry with high morale (how morale can be represented in the game is unknown to me maybe with promotion

communist= red guard =slightly weaker than standing infantry with excelent morale

fascist= black shirts = a bit better than standing infantry with excelent morale

i will thing more for the other

Offhand, I think there might be one or two already, but yeah, I like Civic, Religion, Culture Specific Units. Takes a bit of work to design them though

you are right but still it would be cool. unfortunatly the team doesnt have a unit maker
