A Parliamentary system can have a Monarch or a President as it's Head of State.

You could have had a lot more options, for example, Federal - Unitary, etc. I think I'll do a poll on it sometime.

Parliament, democracy, constitution (forgot to vote "other") and preferably monarchy. But republic works fine as well. As long as the ministers have the power, and not that one guy/chick on the top!
