Golden policy "Sakdina" has 2 kinds of bonus;
[1] While project active, +0.5 Loyalty pressure.
[2] When projects completed, +10% additional GP points per building in that project’s district.
Problem:
According to my observation, [1] works but [2] doesn't.
How to check:
[1] Open file.
[2] Let Bogota (which has 2 district buildings) start campus project. It is to be completed in 2 turns.
[3] Check GP screen to see 62~63 when the project is completed.
[4] Open file again.
[5] Replace Sakdina with other policy.
[6] Repeat [2]~[3], to see no difference.
On FireTuner, with the save file;
Modifier 5363(POLICY_SAKDINA_PROJECT_LOYALTY) and 5364(POLICY_SAKDINA_PROJECT_POINTS_MULTIPLIER).
5363 is linked to each city but 5364 is only to player.
I wonder... whether 5364 also should have been linked to city or district.
