GPP Not calculating properly?

I'm playing as Inca. Built a Holy District with a Shrine, Divine Spark, and running Revelation. If I'm calculating that right, I should be +5 Great Prophet points, but I'm only earning 4 a turn.

The shrine was pillaged by a raider while building the shrine, repaired, then finished the shrine.

I recall reading a post on Reddit about bonuses disappearing from districts after a pillage and not returning - it was focusing specifically on Cothons and the settler bonus production, but is it effecting other districts as well? Or am I crazy?

That sounds like something is off, yes.

You may be crazy for a shrine being pillaged while still being built but if it is not pillaged now you should be on 5. Post as a bug.
