Grainy/shimmery building textures

The textures for buildings look awful on my system because they don't have any mipmaps. I understand that this is because the creator had problems with blurriness, but there are reasonable ways to fix that. Attached are screenshots of Bannor buildings with proper mipmaps (9 levels, Sharpen Medium filter) next to an original palace. It's hard to show with screenshots, but you can see that the city buildings look great at all levels of zoom while the palace is a mess.

Are there plans to fix this? If I were to redo them all for my own use would anybody be interested in them?

Edit: done, looks fine now. Command line FTW!

If you redo them all, just post them or send them straight to KAEL, I mentioned that in our team forum as well, some days ago ;)
