Graphic editing?

What utility can edit the .dds .nif and .kf files?
Has any of you tried it yet?

go to nvidia.com search for dds

you will find some software there, and I think a plugin for photoshop too

this is for dds files



for nif I think you need 3Dmax + a plugin
