Graphical problem after loading save

I played a 5 hours game yesterday and today i got this after loading the save :



I used dx10/11 startup, have a Geforce8800 GT with recently updated drivers, vista32. Everything did run fine until this morning. The save game loads fine on dx9 though. I tried other save games and they all gave a similar problem.

Now what's up with this? It's definatly a dx10/11 problem but how to solve it?

No idea what could have happened in the meantime, but what you see is the typical sign of the graphics card not being able to handle the work load.
Turning down your settings and playing in windowed mode could help.
