It doesn't take much playing when the mouse pointer turns in to a "Go Here/Circle" type selector and can control the map display. It works typically as usual although it can cause to you to have a unit go somewhere you don't want it to go at times really torqing me off.
When the game starts out, it will be fine. This occurs after x number of turns. Saving the game, exiting it it, restarting it, and re-loading the same game only works until the next turn, then the mouse control screws up again.
If it matters, I am using a Logotech Lift sideways mouse. This is NOT a problem in GTA5 with the mouse or any other computer program, just Civilization V.
Yes, I do have Civ VI, but just do not like it.
