When I start up Civ4, the fancy loading screen doesn't show up, I can hear the sounds, but nothing. Then, when I get to the start-up screen, the big 'CIVILIZATION 4' title shows up, but the menu isn't there. After clicking wildly around for a few minutes, I realized that the buttons were there, since when I clicked on where the 'EXIT' button should be, it in fact did quit the game. My brother tells me this is a graphics card driver problem, but i'm not sure. Any suggestions?
