Graphics problem

I bought Civ Conquests yesterday and I have a problem with the graphics. The buttons, diplomacy and map all look weird. Can anyone tell me what is wrong?

I have over a gig of free space left and my computer played Civ 3 fine. I bought civilization 3 online with no CD, does anyone know if that might cause the prob. Heres another messed screenshot.

Bought Civ3 on-line with no CD? Never heard of that. Where did you get that? Is it available for C3C too?

I think he means the demo? I know some places, you need to pay (like yahoo) to see the demo. If so, that might be causing it.
