I rolled a crazy start as Gilgamesh using the Scrambled Africa map mod - 14 bonus resources! Unfortunately the locations of so many of them next to the rivers seemed to wreck my normal district adjacency planning. I'm looking for suggested district locations and the GZ site...

I played to turn 130ish, so I will reveal what I did after some replies. No strategics were revealed in sight. I've placed a CH, TS, IZ, and Aqueduct so far.

@Magma_Dragoon - excellent layout! For the sample pic I reloaded the start and busted some fog to reveal the entire start hexes. As I was blind, and saw 4 lux in view, I just SIP. Turns out there was an excellent second city site SE (Kish). It had a +3 HS and Campus (S of city). I gave up a Rice for the CH, and a Stone for an Aqueduct, looks like you would have given up the Aqueduct.. My IZ had only +2, yours +3, plus I gave up a valuable mine.
