GTA:San Andreas

Yes,unfortunately there are a number of race missions that are tough. You know the drill, drive smooth, look for shortcuts, know the course..blah blah.

Or...use the slower gameplay cheat.Triangle,up,right,down,square,R2,R1 ;)

You're gonna love Zeroing In :mischief:
Zeroing in was great :D I love racing through the streets, though I would rather be on a motorcycle. Flying however.. well that's a different story.

Well I beat the mission an now doing some turf wars, and have my AK skills maxed out :ar15:, I can take over the other gangs turf by myself and my AK47.

So when can I go to the other places?

Keep doing missions and eventually you'll be able to get to San Fierro

You may wanna skip the turf wars.

I'm not sure as I skipped it the first time. You may capture all territories only to lose it all after the last LS Sweet mission(iirc).

You end up back where you started.I am now fighting major street wars. Its a tough slog.If I had done this earlier and had it all wiped out,I would be angry to say the least.

I know I just had that happen, but it did build up my differnt skills, they aren't that hard for me. Just get an AK and start killing everything ^_^.

Gang wars are not too,too hard.More tedious than hard.I use an M4 ;)

I have over 1800 rival gang members killed. Its a bloodbath in the streets of south central Los Santos.Only lost 6 recruited gang members.

It always seems there is a cop nearby.Alot of cops in this game.Turf wars with wanted stars is not so good usually.

I would of used the M4, but the AK47 is what the rival gang used, the AK47 I'll have more ammo ^_^.

The Cops in the game are so fickle, sometimes just taping their car will make them go after you. But other times you can kill like 15 people and steal a car, then run over the driver, he will act like nothing happened

Do not bother fighting the turf wars the first time you are in Los Santos. You will be sorry.

Harrier and a go kart!...they havn't missed much.Off to compete in the Triatholon

Well I just got to the next city, I did fight in the turf wars altittle to build up my skills, and get ammo and armor.

I just got to San Fierro, and did afew of the missions. But the one "The Truth" to that opens San Fierro up is so funny.

Also is there a way to get on the Aircraft Carrier at is docked in San Fierro, I saw it on the map at the homepage and couldn't find a way up.

I just got this game yesterday, and it's nice that I didn't get through the entire campaign in one day like I did with Vice City. I'm not even out of Los Santos yet. I used the Inside Track Betting scam for gobs of cash, though.

Just use a plane. You don't need to get a pilot's license to fly, just get a reasonably tall car and park it next to the gate to LS International near the docks, and jump over the fence. Don't go to areas you haven't unlocked through missions yet, though, as if you try, you will be shot down by harriers.

Opened up Las Venturas earlier, flew a ww2 fighter from the abandoned airfield and landed it on the strip outside of the Four Dragons Casino :P Decided i wanted to gamble a bit. Oh and i actually survived the SAM missles from the army base and the harriers firing missles at me, that ww2 fighter is pretty agile, but then i flew into a light post :|

Best....Game...EVER!!

Supply Lines is an irritating, irritating mission.

Spoiler :
St.Marks Bistro! LIberty City returns for one mission!

Ok, I was kind a hopping for another way. But can work. Should I land on it or do alittle Sky driving?

I just got mine but havent been able to play (damn you english reports!  ) Anyway I checked out the map.....absolutely huge I know I'm going to love this game. Of course I bought my copy at gamestop, and it took a freakin hour for the guyat the counter to process my purchase but I guess when you work at a gaming store you can't be that bright :p

Hey Canadians, what did you all pay for SA? I paid 48 + GST here in Lethbridge at WalMart.

I paid around fifty, but then again I work at Future Shop, so that was my employee discount in action. Regular price is 69.99 without taxes.

70 bucks? Holy crap, I'm glad I live in the US.

On sale at Future Shop for 59.99 + tax.Worth every penny.

Don't worry about the aircraft carrier right now.You are going there in a mission :D

I have finished all the story line missions. The last one is a LONG mission.Medium difficulty and lots of fun.The game takes a neat twist at the end.

75.80% complete.Lots left but gonna start over from scratch and go for 100%.My stats say 107 missions completed.I don't think there was 107 missions

The Triatholons are quite cool(Santa Monica Pier Beach by the Lighthouse on weekends).I had to do some specific training or never win.

..and I am going to find an easter egg.Even if it kills me(which it often does as I run into trouble around the state)

BTW-There is a real Liberty City in Florida.Think I'll plan a trip

Many folks have had problems with Supply Lines.I did not for some reason.Only 3 trys to complete.
I think the key is to resist oversteering the RC with the analog stick.Use the R and L buttons sparingly.
And don't be afraid to land and fire
There is some luck involved with the path the target vehicles follow.

How does Marco's Bistro figure into the game? I hear people on other forums describing how they flew to Liberty...how does that work? What is the map like? Do you actually get to go to Liberty City?

I don't mind spoilers, since reading about something is a lot different from experiencing it yourself. PM the answer(s) to me if you're worried about people whining about spoilers.
