GTK for end-users?

the GTK libraries that come with my programs were conflicting, so I uninstalled them. But now I can't find the GTK libraries for end-users. The official site says they were to come with programs, but I uninstalled those. I've also googled, but got more development stuff.

Is there anyplace where I can download them (for 32-bit Windows)? Thanks. :)
 
Thank you. I forgot about "runtime enviroment."

EDIT: Now I'm getting errors about a procedure entry g_assertion_message being missing in libglib-2.00-0.dll.
 
By the way, the program I'm trying to run is Basilisk II, which is an emulator for old Macs. :)
