Hall of Fame and saved games disapeared!!!!

I took a small break from Civilization, and haven't played for like 3 weeks. I now have returned meaning to finish my really long game to find that it isn't there! All of the autosaves are gone and my Hall of Fame games are gone too!

When I run a file search on my desktop, it finds the saved games right where they should be, but inside civilization it says there are none. Thanks for any advice! I really appreciate it!

Ok, after I found the files in the right folder on my computer by doing a search, I went back into the game. They still weren't there, so I tried going through my computer (underneath the my games folder). I went to the my games folder in my computer, and there, sure enough was my saved games. So now I have those back, but what about the Hall of Fame?

The Hall of Fame is produced from your Civ4Replay files. Try searching for files with this extension in the same way that you tracked down you Civ4SavedGame files. They should be somewhere in your Documents and Settings folder.

Are you now logged in to your computer as a different user? Saved games and hall of fame entries are specific for each user of the computer.
