A new year has begun and a new game schedule stands before us. I am already busy creating the first game of this year's series, GOTM137, which features the Arabs at a modest Regent difficulty level. This year's Warlord game will be a Chinese 20 k Culture game played in August, and the Sid-level challenge will be France at the very end of the year going on well into the next.
For this year, long-time elite Play the World player tR1cKy has volunteered to contribute some GOTM designs. I have put him down for GOTM165 to GOTM168. tR1cKy said to me that after playing so many games and profiting from the voluntary work of others to design them, it was time for him to contribute. How commendable!
