Although I'm a Civ 4 guy, I consider myself a mini expert on HT's Southern Victory Timeline. IF you need any help reaserching with Territory or a background check, ect. I'm your man. Just PM me or post here, and I'll get to it.
One thing about the tech tree: River Gunboats are basicly monitors from the War of Secession, so they should start out as being already in use, rather then having to be researched. In it's place, you could put battleships, and where battleships are now you could put destroyers. Also, Aircraft Carriers need to be implimented, as the Rememberance came into play slightly towards the end of the war.

Those who have been around long enough may have seen my diatribe on being left-handed. A careful examination of the famous mirror transition illos by Tenniel will reveal that she is left-handed prior to the transition & maintains her handedness afterward. And those of us who share that state need visuals to valorize.
