Has any one noticed this about civ4?

That people seem to make more maps and scenarios on on other Civ games than Civ 4. And why do you think that is?

I was perfectly happy with RFRE on vanilla, but the mod needs ~42 civs. So it had to be moved to Warlords (this was before BtS was out). Generalizing I'd say there are just more features in the add-ons.

One key advantage of BtS is DCM. I'd guess it could be ported backward, but who wants to?
