So basic question: Have you ever passed about a 3D Fan-Made civlization in the Steam Workshop?

& about how long does it take for 3D models?

Go to Creation and Customization subforum and look for Ekmek's leaderscreen gallery. Importing and effective use of leader models has only been figured out recently, so there is only a handful of them. Tomatekh's Mali has the honor of being, I think, the first modded civ that uses a 3D model in-game

That's right! Ekmek is also working on Sir Henry Parkes for my Australia mod!
