This is just to see people's opinions on music. List the 10 most brutal songs in the world from most heavy to least heavy.

1. Red Lottery -by- Megasus
2. Now You've Got Something To Die For -by- Lamb Of God
3. Empire -by- Chimaira
4. TROGDOR!!!!!!!!! -by- Strong Bad
5. Angel Of Death -by- Slayer
6. The Light That Blinds -by- Shadows Fall
7. The Air That I Breathe -by- All That Remains
8. Thunderhorse -by- Dethklok
9. Mother -by- Danzig
10. Hangar 18 -by- Megadeth

By "Heavy" and "Brutal", I mean the most intense. The Poll is just to close this Thread in a timely manner.
 
hmmm. guitarhero lists songs that are mostly found on the Guitar Hero series.

Step 1: tune guitar down five half steps.
Step 2: tune your low E (now a B) to A.

Those are soft ballads compared to some Dimmu Borgir or Dying Fetus songs.

Besides there are way to many picks from GH2 on your list :p

I met roughly 10% of these songs on GH2. All the others were learned about by living.


P.S: If Dying Fetus and Dimmu Borgir are so monstrous, why don't you post a video of their music?
 
Immolation, nor Pig Destroyer are on that list.

COme on, they are made of IRON. That's heavy stuff.
 
Aside from the requisite Swans songs which destroy all your petty musics, I nomite Bob Dylan's "Ballad of a Thin Man" as the angriest (rather than "heaviest") song ever written.

I already listen to Raining Blood. It's a fine song, but not Slayer's best by a long shot.
 
1. Eminem - Kim (Can't beat that, the hardest song ever)
2. D12 - Get My Gun (Now that's hard!)
3. Eminem - Fack (Not so hard, but awesome shock value)
4. Eminem/DMX/others - Go To Sleep (Seriously hard stuff there!)
5. Immortal Technique - Dancing With the Devil (Not really 'hard' per say, but if you listen to the words it's some pretty disturbing stuff)
6. Immortal Technique - What Hip-Hop Is (That's a hard diss there!)
7. Eminem/D12 - Under the Influence (Hard!)
8. Eminem - Criminal (Oh yeah!)
9. Eminem - Kill You
10. Dr. Dre/Eminem - Forget About Dre

Honorable mentions to...
Trogdor!!! Most anything by Eminem, Dr. Dre, Immortal Technique, and D12... And I'm probably forgetting a few:(

To everyone-In case your wondering after reading the other posts in other threads the OP is one of those guys who think he "hard" and knows all about "metal" becuase he plays guitar hero. So dont take him to serioously.
