I've managed to get my mod functioning successfully, so the final steps i need are the small things such as the images for dom and the in game text such as the civolopedia etc. However i just cannot for the life of me figure out how i upload the images into the game for the Dom, Map, and diplomacy image. Following (outdated) guides i've done what I thought was right for the DoM page but it still doesn't work, so i've clearly done something wrong but have no clue what. I'm tearing my hair out here, as i'm so close yet so far.

Here is my zip folder if any of you would like to have a look

Edit: Yes i imported the DOM into VFS.

Please re-read the bit on the other thread about attaching the version of the mod that is in the My Games/Sid Meier's Civilization 5/MODS/ folder. You have attached the entire modbuddy project, which is just extra clutter and far more difficult for us to work with. Plus, since it is not what is in the actual game's "MODS" folder, there is no way to know if there is a difference between what is in the 'Build' folder of the ModBuddy Project, and what is in the game's actual 'MODS' folder.

To your problem. It appears to me that your compression settings when you exported the original DOM file to DDS format were not correct. BTW, this is a pretty-commonly occuring problem with DDS images, especially DOM screens. Use the forum google-search and I think you will find quite a few threads covering the same territory regarding the required settings for exporting a file to DDS format.
