Help! Attack of the ugly icons!

I made the mistake of opening the "accessability wizard" which decided, even though I opted not to make any changes, I am vision impaired. Thus I had to choose between shrinking one thing or bolding and uglyfying somesomething else. I'll show a picture of what things look like. How can I revert everything to normal?

change the size of "Active title bar" in appearance tab of display.

Thanks--that's what I've done, but it shrinks the size of the X and such on the top left. It's better than nothing, but not as good as before.

well before font size was 10 and size of of bar itself was 25 pixels..try with those..
