HELP first modded civ wont show up in selection screen

First time doing this. mod isnt all the way done i just wanted to see if it was working and its not...I need help figuring out how to fix it plz and thxs

What you posted isn't a mod. It is a Modbuddy project from which a mod can be created.

Mods once built by Modbuddy are sent to your MyGames/Sid Meier's Civilization VI/Mods folder. If there is not a folder there named as you named the mod in Modbuddy, then the Modbuddy Build process did not succeed, regardless of the final message saying it did. If you have re-directed the Civ6 Modbuddy "output" to anywhere else than the game's Mods folder, then even if the "Build" succeeded the game cannot see nor use the end product. Mods that are built by Modbuddy and sent to the Mods folder do not contain *.Cvi6sln files nor *.Civ6proj files, and do contain a *.modinfo file.

You posted an error message set that shows failure of the Asset Cooker to execute properly so you are very likely not getting a usable mod output from the Modbuddy build process.
 
This is the one from the mod folder. The mod shows up in the mod selection screen but it does not show up in the civilization select screen.

Just get rid of all that Criteria stuff. It isn't necessary, and just causes anyone who would be using a template all manner of problems.
