I don't think that anyone suggested that you delete all of your previous posts. It was only suggested that you remove references to piracy so that we don't have to have discussions (arguments) about it.
I resent that you've accused that forum members here of being harsh or unkind to newbies. You've been given lots of friendly advice, and you have responded with hostility. People turned on you due to your actions. It has nothing to do with being a newbie. I think it's quite rude of you to stir up trouble with your posts, then delete the posts and act as though people are treating your badly for no reason. You may have deleted the posts, but you can't unsay what you said.
I don't think it is appropriate for anyone here to buy the game for you and send it to you. There would be financial risk involved for someone in such an arrangement, and I just don't think it's appropriate to ask a complete stranger to take such a risk. If you want to make such an arrangement, do it with someone you know; such as a family member or a friend.
However, there are still a couple of options which you have not commented on. Have you tried explicitly asking local game stores to order the expansion pack so that you can buy it? Although the game stores might not have it currently in stock, many store are willing to order in new stock if it is requested. Alternatively, have you looked into setting up a paypal account for online purchases? I've never used paypal, but my understanding is that you can directly deposit money onto the paypal account, with an ordinary bank account rather than a credit card, and then use the paypal account to buy the game on Steam or wherever. Also, although your bank may not allow you to have a credit card, they should still allow a 'debit card', which operates in the same way except that the money is not credit — it comes directly from your bank account.
