Help King Richards Crusade

Hej all

Just finished researching inquisition and for some reason I can't build King Richards Crusade

I have state religion, checked in multiple cities and no one else has built it
I even switched to intolerant to see if that was required.

Is there requirement which is not listed in civilopedia or elsewhere?

You can it only build with Christianity as state religion.

the same goes for all the other religion specific world wonders, they can only be built if that specific religion is the current state religion, Islam for the Alhambra, Judism for Masada, etc.
