Help me name my dog!

I'm in the same situation, and I'm currently weighing the names Romulus and Cicero - Romulus being my favourite thus far (perhaps because that was the name, I came up with :))

Unfortunately, it seems to be a disadvantage having a dog named something with more than two syllables.

Call it 'Little Boy', this way if it ever escapes from the house, you can roam the neighborhood in tears, shouting 'Little Boy! Where are you Little Boy??'.:crazyeye:

be all unoriginal and give it a traditional finnish dog name.

Musti

Sherman is a good name. As is Rommel, since you want a German name. Rommel was a cool guy. You could name him "I don't know", which could lead to some humorous conversations.

I have a long-standing bet to name my cat 'Battlecat', should I ever get one.

I think, in the interests of democracy and forum harmony, you should select the 5 best names and have a poll to decide the name.

A good idea Enkidu Warrior.

And don't forget the radioactive monkey option! If it wins, then it looks like you're having a radioactive monkey dog!

Like the "Interesting thread juxtapositions..." thread suggests you should name him "Firefox" or "Explorer"

As much as I like you guys, I would, but you all are horrible at coming up with names. Cat? What the hell is that?

some would call a feline predator a cat.
examples include - Lions, Tigers, Cheetahs, Cougars, Lynx and even that most common house cat.
