Help, my game is just acting up :(

So I have Civ 4 BTS and decided to get the bug mod. It didn't work exactly as it should but(like certain icons not showing) but that game worked. Then I decided to try the BAT mod and things went from bad to worse. Now everything on the screen disappeared except the settler and the terrain. The small map, the tax rate, civilopedia etc everything is gone.
So I unintalled BAT mod and the graphics changed but still nothing on the screen!
So I unintall civ 4 and re install it and I still can't get it back
Now I can't even go into "options" as nothing happens when I click on it....
F1 to F8 has also stopped working and I can't select anything to produce any long cause the city screen won't come up.
What has happened here?

Eh, no. I just installed the latest BTS patch 3.19. Why do I need old patches for Civ 4 or 3.17 for that matter?

When the user interface apart from the main map disappears, you can generally fix it by deleting the contents of the "CustomAssets" folder and restarting the game. Keep a copy of the folder if you like in case this doesn't help, but it always works for me, and it was advice I got from the Tech Support subforum here.

Well, I did reinstall and all went well until I installed the Bat mod. Now I can unload it and run a normal gam fine. but everything looks nice with the Bat Mod besides the fact that there is no interface when playing...

I tried removing the contents of the folder but nothing changed. When I run a normal game I get the user interface but when I load the bat mod the interface isn't showing

Nope, nothing happens. If I start world builder or manage to press alt+j(which brings up an empty bug mode window) I can no longer quit the game as there is no way to exit the world builder or the bug window....

If I'm not mistaken, It's not the in-game but rather main interface. There's probably some compatibility issue.

Manually delete the BAT mod from the mods folder (or wherever it's installed), then reintall. Try everything you think might be possible.
