Help needed *Game ends as soon as I load save game*

I have been playing civ for a while I am up to 571 turns and I was doing really well. However, now when I load the game it comes up with the 'many centuries later archaeologists discover the remains' e.t.c can anybody help me as a matter of urgency to help me get rid of this glitch?

I would venture to say that your problem is unlikely to get a response as the description of the symptoms is too vague. Posting the MAP & SVE files and a more detailed description of what was going on may help.

Hi Dack,

Thanks for your reply to my problem. I managed to sort it out after d/l an editor and changing the year. It appears that there was a slight bug that I managed to iron out. Thanks again for your kind response.
