Help needed (regarding Sacrificing and Inquisition)

Hi, in my efforts to get the ability of 'sacrificing units' (from BtS' MesoAmerica mod) working in my mod, I somehow broke the inquisitor. A friend did all the python coding for the inquisitor so I have no idea what I did wrong, or how I should fix it.

Could someone help me getting both abilities to work properly? Or explain me what's wrong with my inquisitor?
