I was changing gov to commie from demo(expecting a war with inca after rop ends), and for the things to the inca it was for 2-3 techs i dont rememebr , i had fallenabit behind so...
OK. While it is possible to wage successful wars in the representative governments, it can get tricky due to War Weariness. IIRC, there's even a War Academy article on doing so. Like scoutsout mentioned: "if you fight well, keep your losses low, and keep the war short then war weariness shouldn't be too much of an issue. "
You're already in anarchy in the save, so you're going to have to pick something. I've never gone Communist (so someone who knows better might, well, know better than I), but Communist might not be a bad choice in your situation. Truthfully, though, I can't say one way or the other without taking a longer look at your save and I just don't have time to do so. That and not having ever played Communist doesn't help my knowledge base here.
And as for the trades, that makes a little more sense. I couldn't see what techs you'd gotten for the trade. At Warlord, you can outresearch the AI. Perhaps not in your second game, but you'll get there. One thing, though. The AI likes to use entertainers to keep its cities happy, and trading them luxes lets them put those people back to work. Use caution when trading them luxes.
By the way, take a look in the
War Academy. There are some great articles there.
Any tips on taking a well devennded size 19 city

..... oh and should i consider war mobilization???
The article mentioned by Ringo Kid is called, "Warmongering 101: A Tactical Primer."
One more thing if i break an war allience with iroquois by making peace to regroup would that kill my rep... theres still like 10-11 turns left?
Yes, you'll damage your rep. Pretty much any time you make a 20-turn deal and then you end it early, you'll take a rep hit. There are even situations (like having a barb galley break a trade route) when it's not your fault, but you'll still take the rep hit.
However, regrouping doesn't automatically mean you have to make peace. You can pull units back and fight defensively until you get units in place. That way, you regroup, but don't have to break the alliance by formally making peace.
Also, one other thing I noticed. You've got 29 cities, 12 native workers and 10 slaves. You need more workers and need them earlier. Slaves work half as fast as normal workers, so you need twice as many of them (to complete jobs in the same time), but they also cost no upkeep, so it doesn't matter how many you keep around. Build more of them, and don't hesitate to buy them off of the AI, or capture them if at war, particularly in the early game. The AI is notoriously bad about not building enough workers and buying the few that they build will slow down their development.
