I have a similar question with the OP so I'm not starting a new thread. It's not about a rush but a full scale war. The conditions are not good though.
I have tech lead and my army is superior tech wise. I hope to conquer most of my continent and grab a vassal doing so. However I worry about the diplo effects. Here's the save. I'm thinking war with pacal.
