Help with Civ BE crashing.

Hi everyone.

I've been suffering from crashes in BE since launch, and after waiting on Firaxis support for several days, thought I'd look for advice here instead. In summary, I can set up a game perfectly fine, and even play for about 20 seconds. However, every time the game freezes, and I get a generic "stopped working" error message from windows. I've tried updating drivers and repairing the cache but had no success. Any help would be much appreciated

Your system meets or exceeds the recommended specs, your video drivers are current and you verified your game cache. Next step is to uninstall and reinstall. Please report back if that doesn't work. Good luck!
