Help with editing please...

Is there a conquests editor for us to use?

i want to make some random maps to use for the future but I want all of the new conquests terrain and resources... Is ther a patch for the editor?

I've been looking around and can't find anything.

I don't really understand the question, have you looked in: Start -> Programs -> Atari -> Civilization III Conquests -> Civ 3 Conquests Editor

It was not there but then I reinstalled the game and now it is there... I don't know if I opted not to install the editor the first time around? Thanks for letting me know it was supposed to be there or I wouldn't have known if it came with a new editor...
