Help with GIMP

Hello.
I just downloaded GIMP. It looks like wonderful program but I need some help with it. I am trying to change the size of image (scale) to 320X320 but GIMP allways automatically changes the width/weight to something else so I can't change size of image.

Hopefully I was clear enough...

Click the little chain/lock icons when you're at the screen to change size.
(Sorry for my vagueness, I haven't used it in quite some time, and am on a fresh install of Windows without it installed yet.)

Is there "clone brush" in GIMP? Like in PSP. I can't find it anywhere.

Try the "Paint using Patterns or Image Regions" (Hotkey is "C"). It's not exactly the same, but I find that it works fine most of the time.
