Help with Low Res Movies

Hey All!
I'm downloading the Low-Res Movies (I did check and I will need them)
It may be because I'm daft, but I can't seem to find any info on what to do with the files once they are downloaded.
Anyone know if these are .exe files or where I have to unzip them to?

All the movie files reside in the 'Assets/Art/Movies' folder in the main Civ4 folder whereever you installed it. They are further split into their catalogies here too such as 'Victory' and 'Wonders'. I assume you will need to unzip into there and overwrite the old high-res ones if the the filenames are the same. The movies are .bik files so either it will be a self-extracting .exe file or .zip file. An .exe file may do it all for you anyway.

I think I have the files correctly installed.
The problem is they don't seem to really be working very well for me (had the game lock-up upon completing my 1st Wonder.
Anyone else had any luck (or not) with the low-res yet?
Truely, this isn't something I'm going to sweat...I'm much more interested in the game than fluffy (but nice looking) movies, and most of what I'm seeing is very positive in that regard.
But if anyone does have anything to share or helpful hints: Bring 'em On

Didn't have the movies installed correctly at all
Anyone have some tips or know where the "how-to" for installing the low-res movies is?
Also, can't seem to find the "hide movie backgrounds" line in the .ini to make the suggested switch...

Ooops...just found a response in a different forum: low-res install instructions are in a read-me zipped in with the rest of the download...now if I could only get enough coffee into me to find that line in the .ini file...
