Help with text file plz

Hello I started playing Civ2 again and would
like to know how to edit the text file so the
city info screen comes up bigger I'm playing
it at 800+600 but the city info screen is a little small. thx

And by the way i'm playing
the Americans,at king level and having a hell of a time with the Greeks. the little jerks hehe.

You can change the size of the city info screen by hitting one of the buttons on the top left of that screen.
