Hi, i played the demo of this game years ago and loved it, but with a subscription to play.com i finally decided to buy it and feel the love again 
. So, i put the CD in the machine, all excited, and i get a box saying that the installer can't work because of large fonts and that id have to change to small, but i dnt have small so i had to go for normal size. So i'd changed the fonts and installed it fine, then used the installer to download a patch for it. I then switched my fonts back to large (which might be the problem, but the screen doesn't look as good with the normal and i can't be assed to change the spaces between icons etc. lol). The sid meiers picture came up but then i got an error message and it wouldnt run at all. Im on XP and have read in this forum that that can somtimes mess things up and id have to download another patch for it, but i wondered if it might be the font thing primarily... Il try install it again and post the exact error message when im on my home computer later Thanks for any help and guidance you can give, Caz xx
