- the title should give an idea of what the thread is about, not "help"... for example, this thread could have been "Question about red slider" or "Interface help - sliders".

- The manual is surprisingly helpful for these types of questions. Its not a big deal to post it here, it will get answered, but please check that first.

I'd repeat this again, since every thread you've posted has an answer in the manual. Otherwise, just read the Civilopedia entry in game. Alternately, make a short list of questions and post them all at once rather then posting them one at a time.
