Help!

I just created a WB scenario that I am trying to upload, and I clicked on manage attachments. Once I add it, though, and click upload, the computer waits for a while, then doesn't upload it. How should I deal with this problem?

The main forums wont recognize Civilization4WBSave as a valid format. Talk to a mod as to how to enter files in the Downloads Database.
